Community & Ethics Rules (Outline)

• No "cut practice" language, arrangements, commissions, or fee-splitting of any kind, anywhere on the platform.
• No patient identifiers may appear in group or circle activity feeds.
• No scraping or bulk export of member contacts.
• No harassment, impersonation, or use of fake or misrepresented credentials.
• A clear reporting path exists for violations of these rules; reports are reviewed by moderation staff.
• Referrals must be based on independent clinical judgment and the patient's interests — never on any financial arrangement.
• D App must not be used for emergency care.
