Terms & Conditions (Outline)

1. Nature of service: D App is software for professional coordination between licensed medical professionals. It is not a medical service, not a hospital, and not an emergency service. 2. Eligibility: use is restricted to licensed / authorized medical professionals. 3. Account and verification obligations; credentials must be your own — no sharing of logins. 4. No commissions or fee-splitting of any kind may be arranged via the platform. 5. Referrals are introductions/handoffs between professionals; the platform makes no guarantee of outcome, availability, or payment. 6. A referrer is not liable for the recipient's services; a recipient is not liable for the referrer's prior care, except as law provides. 7. The platform has zero liability for clinical outcomes. 8. Users must independently verify the credentials of peers they contact. 9. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct apply to all activity on the platform. 10. Subscription is the only billing model; billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be specified here. 11. Intellectual property in the platform belongs to Srinishtha / D App. 12. The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. 13. Users agree to indemnify the platform as detailed in the final terms. 14.
